U16 _stdcall W_HSL_Counter_In (U16 card_ID, U16 set_ID, U16 slave_No,
U16 counter_No, U16* in_data);

Description
This function is to read the counter value of the slave I/O module. The slave
I/O module‘s address is slave_No and set value is set_ID. The counter
value is counter_No.

Parameter
card_ID The card id of the card that want to perform this
operation.
set_ID In PCI-7851, because it contain only one connector so
the valid value is 0, for PCI-7852, the valid value is 0 or 1.
slave_No Specify the slave I/O module with slave_No address
which want to perform this function.
The valid value is
between 1 ~ 63.
counter_No Specify the counter id. The valid value is between 0 ~ 5.
in_data the counter value.
