AMC-8100
Appears if none of the information in nonvolatile random access
memory (NVRAM) is valid. This message is for information only,
and can occur when the BIOS is upgraded, or when some external
event has rendered the NVRAM temporarily unreadable.
Found FC Controller not in following Boot Order List, to
Add: Press Ctrl-C to start LSI Configuration Utility...
Appears when fewer than four adapters are in the boot order, and
adapters exist in the system that are not in the boot order. This
message is for information only, and indicates that more than four
adapters exist in the system. The additional adapters are not man-
aged by the Configuration Utility.

OpenBoot BIOS
LSI Solaris-capable, Fusion-MPT host adapters have Fcode resi-
dent on board, allowing operation under the Sun Microsystems
OpenBoot console. All basic functionality is available in an Open-
Boot environment, including the ability to display devices con-
nected to the adapter, and to boot devices on the adapter.
5.5.1 OpenBoot BIOS Features
The LSI FC OpenBoot BIOS supports the following:

Solaris SPARC Open Firmware environments, version 2.6
or later
X
Root Boot device selection from any target device
X
Standard command line interface, with help query
X
Configuration options and selection capability for each host
adapter
5.5.2 Identifying the FC Devices
The
probe-scsi-all
command identifies the FC devices on your
Fusion-MPT adapter.
To show all disks available from the OpenBoot prompt, use the
probe-scsi-all
command. Note that this command is used regard-
less of whether the disks are FC or SCSI. All disks available on all
Fusion-MPT devices are displayed.
