Enabling HCA

Host Controller Application is a purchased networking software option that allows
you to use a remote computer to run the ADE wafer characterization system and the
ASC 2000. If you have purchased HCA, you will be provided with a code that you
must enter in order to use the software.

To enter the code, select ADEHCA from the Options menu. Enter the code and
click the OK button.

If you change any HCA settings, be sure to select Store Current Options from the
Options menu in the ADE SYSTEM CONTROLLER (CSA) menu bar before
exiting.
