– Prompt on all operations : Requires you to re-enter the
password every time you issue a command to change array
configuration.
– Don’t prompt for X minutes : Requires you to re-enter the
password at the stated time-out interval, whenever you
issue commands to change the array configuration. For
example, suppose that the time-out interval is 10 minutes.
You start the program at 9:00 and issue a command to create
a new array on a system. You are prompted to enter the
password before the command is accepted. After entering
the password, you issue a command at 9:05 to add spares to
the spare pool; no password is required. At 9:16 you issue a
command to delete an array; since you are beyond the 10-
minute interval, you are prompted again to enter the
password before the command is executed.

Click Defaults to accept the default settings or click OK to
accept the password time-out change.
Note:
You must enter the password at least once for
each server after the application has started, or when
the setting has changed.
