Assessment of the risk and reduction of the risk
The Machines are covered by guarantee, as envisaged in the general sales conditions. If during
the validity period there should occur faulty operations or failures of parts of the machine,
which fall within the cases indicated by the guarantee, the Manufacturer, after the appropriate
checks on the machine, will undertake to repair or substitute the faulty parts.
It is reminded that actions of change carried out by the user, without explicit written authori-
sation by the Manufacturer, invalidate the guarantee and relieve the Manufacturer from any
liability for damage caused from faulty product.
This is valid in particular when the above mentioned changes are carried out on the safety
devices by degrading their efficiency. The same considerations apply when not original spare
parts are used or different from those explicitly indicated by the Manufacturer as “safety de-
vices”.
We therefore recommend our customers to call our Service Assistance, before carrying out the
above mentioned actions on the machine.
Any possible evident and visibly present defects at the time of delivery of the product (aesthe-
tic defects on parts in view, breakages, dents, operation defects, missing part, etc.) must be
signalled immediately to the Company.
the manufacturer is not liable for defects not signalled by the cu-
stomer at the time of delivery.
