Please follow these preparation guide lines.
Understand your mounting requirements.
Mount with lip seals down and away from the work area.
Brackets should be short and rigid.
Surfaces must be in good condition, clean and free of dirt and
paint.
Do not remove alignment brackets until instructed.
Limit equipment travel to encoder measuring length or less.
Determine cable exit before installing
To change cable exit direction; remove base and rotate 180°.
Never mount with lip seals upward or towards work area.
