Bits 7-0: low byte of wakeup timer in seconds or minutes (cf. CONTROL)
Note: in order to get a consistent value, TIMER_LOW must be read before TIMER_HIGH.
Register 11h: TIMER_HIGH (R/W)
Bits 7-0: high byte of wakeup timer in seconds or minutes (cf. CONTROL)
Note: the wakeup timer is updated when TIMER_HIGH is written. TIMER_LOW must be write
previously. The timer down counting starts as soon as updated.
Register 12h: WAKEUP (R)
Bit 0: GSM wakeup flag
Bit 1: SMBus wakeup flag
Bit 2: not used
Bit 3: first power on flag
Bit 4: timer wakeup flag
