Molding rejects, mold cleaning material cannot be ground.
Sprue runners cannot be fed in large
quantities.
e.g.
:
This is strongly forbidden when fed manually or sprue
runners may pile up inside of the hopper, or inside the cutting
chamber.
Machine cannot be started with
material already inside the cutting
chamber.
For whatever causes the machine to stop, if you want to restart
it, you must clean and clear the inside of the cutting chamber
and hopper. If ignored, this may burn out the motor and motor-
starter.
If the machine stops due to the motor
starter overload-protection, immediate
resetting the thermal protector- or
starting the motor by force, are
prohibited.
You can't start the machine unless you clean and clear inside of
the cutting chamber and hopper and wait 5 minutes for a thermal
device to cool
; otherwise, non
-observance of this may result in
the motor and motor-starter being burned out.
Keep the label on the thermal protector
legible, and adjusting the amperage
dial at will, is forbidden.
