2. Maintenance checks every 3 months
Perform a function-check for each safety limit switch.
If the machine cannot function properly, stop the operation, and contact
our service division.
DANGER

NEVER
operate the machine when safety limit switches are working improperly, because that
will cause a machine breakdown or personal-injury accident.
◎
NEVER
insert hands and fingers inside of the granulator. Hands and fingers can be cut off by the
sharp rotating cutters!

Confirming that the feeding hopper is closed.

There is an outer cover for the limit switch behind the cutting chamber. Take
it off, and press the START button on the control box to make sure that
granulator does not start.

In order to activate the limit switch, reset the outer cover and press the START
button on the control box to make sure the granulator starts.

Please make sure that the granulator can never start even if the feeding hopper
is closed, when the suction box is not inserted, as well.
DANGER
Repair or replace a limit switch immediately if something is wrong with it, during
machine operation. In addition, press stop button right away while starting the
machine.
