4.2.15 PS/2 Mouse
The BIOS utility automatically detects if there is a pointing device connected to
your system. If there is, this parameter displays the Installed setting. Otherwise,
this is set to None
.
The default setting is Installed.
4.3 Product Information
The Product Information contains general data about the system, such as the
product name, serial number, BIOS version, etc. This information is necessary for
troubleshooting (and may be required when asking for technical support).
The following figure shows how the Product Information screen appears:

This parameter specifies the official name of the system.
4.3.2 System S/N
This parameter specifies the system’s serial number.
