5.1.1 Mem. Card Copy
The “Mem. Card Copy” function copies the data of the source flash media directly to a blank disc.
Before copying, please make certain that the source flash media is inserted into the correct slot on
the card reader. Check the file size of the flash media and choose a proper disc. The flash media
follow sequential as: CF
→
SD
→
MS
→
USB.
When the source has more data than the capacity of the target disc, the system automatically
splits the data. However, if the data is an inseparable data block, the copying operation will be
aborted. In this case, please use a target disc with larger capacity than the source.
Choose the first function, “Copy”. Insert the source media into the correct slot on the card reader
and a blank disc into the DVD burner. You may use a rewritable disc with existing data. All the
existing data on that rewritable disc will be erased.
After the system detects the flash media and the target disc, press ENT to start copying. The
following message will be displayed on the LCD.
If the target disc has a smaller capacity than the source, you will be prompted, when the above
copying process is completed, to insert a new blank target disc to continue the copying process
until the source is fully duplicated. The following message will be displayed on the LCD.
Insert a blank disc and press ENT when you see the above message on the LCD. Then, the
following message will be displayed on the LCD.
After the source is fully duplicated, the following message will be displayed on the LCD. The data
volume and the copy time in the figure decrease while the completed percentage increases. Upon
completion of data copying, the following message will be displayed on the LCD. The successfully
duplicated disc will be ejected automatically.
