You can upgrade the firmware via FTP in the local
network or by USB. After you select the USB, the
message “Waiting for USB medium...” appears.
Now remove the USB mouse and connect a USB
stick with the new firmware file. The upgrade proc-
ess starts automatically. You can also use the re-
mote control supplied for the recorder at any time.
