CONNECTION AND POSITIONING OF THE BELT

Open out the belt. Check that your device is switched off.
f
f
Fix 2 modules onto the outside of the belt using the snap fasteners.
f
f
Fix the electrodes onto the inside of the belt using the snap fasteners. Remove the plastic backing sheet from the electrodes.
f
f
Place the belt around the waist and adjust it using the Velcro strip, so that there is a good contact between the electrodes and
the skin.
f
f
Once the belt is in position, make yourself comfortable and switch it on following the «Starting the device» procedure.
You can carry out your normal activities while using the device.
f
f
If you experience any tingling, switch off the device and check that the electrode is in contact with the skin. If the problem
persists, contact the after-sales service: [email protected].

Once the program has finished, switch off the device and unplug it from the belt.

f
Remove the electrodes and moisten them slightly with a few drops of water before replacing them onto their transparent plastic
backing sheets.
B. USING THE DEVICE WITH THE ELECTRODES
GETTING STARTED

Connect each module to the unit by matching the color indicators (photo A page 4).
Note: You can use the device with 1, 2, 3 or 4 modules.

Fix the electrodes to the module(s) using the snap fasteners (photo B page 4).
POSITIONING OF THE ELECTRODES

Remove the plastic backing sheet from the electrodes (photo C page 4).
Moisten them by spreading a few drops of water onto the adhesive gel using your fingertips and wait 2 minutes (photo D page 4).

f
Position the electrode(s) onto your body.
Note: The electrodes are for personal use. For hygiene reasons, they must always be used by the same person.
STARTING THE PROGRAM
Start your device by following the "Starting the device" procedure (chapter II).
Contractions should be firm but must never cause any pain.
If the electrodes cause you any discomfort: reduce the power levels, move the electrode(s) and then gradually increase the power.
Also ensure that the electrodes are sufficiently moistened.
Now that the settings have been optimized, let your device get to work for the full duration of the program.
END OF PROGRAM
Once the program has finished, switch off the device by pressing the key, then disconnect the modules.
Gently remove the electrodes from your skin.
Moisten them slightly with a few drops of water and replace them carefully onto their transparent plastic backing sheet.
Keep the adhesive electrodes in a plastic bag in a cool place (for example, a separate compartment in your refrigerator).
IV. RECOMMENDATIONS OF USE

The unit is recommended for physiotherapists for functional re-education.
f
f
You can restart a program’s cycle on another muscle zone or change the program while remaining on the same muscle zone,
without exceeding however 50 min use per muscle zone and per day.
f
f
Clean the unit and its cables with a cloth dampened with a disinfecting solution diluted in water at 1/10
th
.
f
f
The adhesive electrodes can be rehydrated before and after use with a disinfecting agent.
f
f
The adhesive electrodes must be repositioned on their support, and stored in a fresh storage b5 °C and +10 °C.
f
f
The adhesive electrodes have a lifetime of about 40 uses, you can order them directly from the online shop www.sport-elec.com
