4.2 ELECTRONIC CONTROL (EB290)
Setting indicator
The main switch can be used to
switch the extractor and/or the
lighting off without using the re-
mote control.
Note: the extractor is still
connected to the mains!

4.2.1 Grease filter indication
Grease filter indicator: “saturation” after be-
ing used for 40 hours. When the grease fil-
ter is saturated, the decimal point will light
up on the display.
The grease filter indicator can be reset by
pressing and holding in the timer button on
the remote control for 5 seconds.
4.2.2 Motor step-down
After 7.5 minutes, the motor will automati-
cally switch from a high speed (setting 4) to
a lower speed (setting 3). This is in order to
avoid too many cubic metres of air and too
much heat being sucked out of the space;
this is in accordance with the standards set
for the energy label.
If you use a more powerful motor than 815
m³/h, then you should turn the motor speed
down to setting 1 (follow the steps below to
do so).
1. Switch off the extractor.
2. Use a paperclip to press in the right but-
ton of the setting indicator on the control
panel (on the Neerim); hold it in and simul-
taneously press the on switch for 5 seconds.
3. The setting that is currently set will begin
to flash.
4. Adjust the setting using the + and -
buttons to the setting “1”.
