4.1 ELECTRONIC CONTROL (EB200)

at each rate. The speed can still
be changed by selecting a
different rate. The display
flashes during the overrun time.
To switch off overrun, select
rate 0 with the [–] button.

down to setting 1 (follow the steps below

2 = 7.5 minutes of high speed timer
3 = 3 minutes of high speed timer
3. To save, press - and + again, for 5 sec-

4.1.3 Grease filter indication
Grease filter indicator: “saturation” after be-
ing used for 40 hours. When the grease
filter is saturated, the decimal point will
light up on the display.
The grease filter indicator can be reset by
pressing and holding in the timer button on
the remote control for 5 seconds.
4.1.2 Motor step-down
After 7.5 minutes, the motor will automati-
cally switch from a high speed (setting 4) to
a lower speed (setting 3). This is in order to
avoid too many cubic metres of air and
