SiS Onchip IDE Device:
This item can let you sets several items concerning the SiS onchip IDE device parameters.

PCI IDE BusMaster:
Two options are available: Disabled or Enabled. The default setting is
Enabled
. The onboard IDE
controller can be set as enable or disable.
Onboard PCI IDE:
Four options are available: Disabled Primary Secondary Both. Default setting is
Both
. This item
allows you disable all onboard PCI IDE devices, or enable one of them. Of course you can enable both
PCI IDE devices as well. The enabled items will appear white in color and disabled items will show in a
blue green color.
Primary Master UDMA:
Two options are available: Auto or Disabled. The default setting is
Auto
. Ultra DMA is a DMA data
transfer protocol that utilizes ATA commands and the ATA bus to allow DMA commands to transfer
data at a maximum burst rate of 133 MB/sec.

Auto:
When you select Auto, the system automatically determines the optimal data transfer
rate for each IDE device. (Default)
