Guarantee claim
We provide a two-year guarantee for this appliance for all defects that are due to manufacturing or material faults, in
accordance with our terms and conditions. The guarantee period begins on the day of handover and is only granted
on presentation of the invoice with the date of purchase. There are no further claims.
The following conditions apply:
1. The guarantee period is two years.
2. The guarantee covers the repair or replacement of parts which, according to our inspection, are due to
material or manufacturing defects. Repair or replacement of parts within the guarantee period will not extend
or renew the original guarantee period. If damage or a defect cannot be remedied or if we have refused to
repair or replace the defective parts, within 6 months from the date of purchase/delivery, at the request of the
end user, we will either deliver a replacement free of charge, compensate the reduced value or take back the
device against reimbursement of the purchase price, but not in excess of the normal market price.
Further or other claims, in particular those for compensation for damage incurred outside the device, are
excluded - insofar as liability is not mandatorily ordered by law.
3. Transport costs shall be borne by the seller during the first six months of the guarantee period. After the expiry
of these six months, all transport costs shall be borne by the purchaser.
4. The guarantee is only given on presentation of the invoice with the date of purchase.
5. The guarantee does not apply:
a. to scratches and stains on the appliance
b. to lighting and indicator lamps
c. to motor brushes
d. to pick-up needles
e. to easily breakable parts made of bakelite, glass, plastic, etc.,
For damage caused by incorrect installation or fixing.
a. If the unit is connected to a mains supply with a higher voltage than indicated on the unit
b. In case of incorrect or improper operation
c. In case of lack of care
d. In case of insufficient or incorrect maintenance
e. In case of dropping the unit or individual parts
f.
In case of improper transport or improper packaging for transport.
An exception is made for damage that is due to material defects, which are recognised as such by us.
6. The guarantee becomes invalid:
a. if the appliance is used for purposes other than household and private use
b. if persons not authorised by our company carry out repairs or modifications.
