Flow properties

Description
Allows you to choose the type the flow. Flow Type
LAYOUT : the position of the items and containers in the flow.
Recorded : run a simulation according to the recorded position of
the items and containers.
GhostPicking : run a production according to the recorded position
of the items and containers without entities.
The distance between consecutive flow layouts generated on a
conveyor. Not used with recorded flows. Layout Regenerate
Dist
When select this radio button, you can change the speed of the
conveyor when the flow is assigned to a conveyor.
Note
You can only choose one from Conveyor Speed and Throughput .
Conveyor Speed
When select this radio button, you can change the item throughput
of the conveyor when running the flow.
Note
You can only choose one from Conveyor Speed and Throughput .
Throughput
If set to 100%, all the items in the layout are generated on every
trigger without losses. A lower value defines the probability that an
item in the layout is generated. Stability
If set to 100%, the generated items always have correct position. A
lower value defines the probability that an item gets the correct po-
sition. Position Stability
If set to 100%, the generated items always have correct orientation.
A lower value defines the probability that an item gets correct orient-
ation. Orientation Stability
Defines the minimum and maximum deviation of the X position from
the correct value.
X pos dev min/max
Defines the minimum and maximum deviation of the Y position from
the correct value.
