1. In order to facilitate refitting of the cable
harness, run the robot to the specified
positions:
•
Axis 1: 0°
•
Axis 2: 0°
•
Axis 3: 0°
•
Axis 4: 0°
•
Axis 5: +90°
•
Axis 6: no significance
NOTE!
Axis 5 must be oriented in the correct
position (+90°) to allow the cover of motor
axis 6 to open.
2.
DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and
pneumatic pressure supplies to the robot!
3. Before starting the removal of cable
harness axes 4-6, first remove cable
harness axes 1-3.

4. Remove the
cover, wrist unit
in order to
reach the cable harness at axes 5 and 6.
