System History
The system history tab (only available to the administrator) will show a complete history
of important events during the lifetime of the system. This includes connection errors,
commissioning, de-commissioning and additions and removals of sensors, as well as
alarm events. If for any reason the user suspects that the system is not functioning
optimally, this should be the first place to look for possible causes
To view system history, do the following:
1.
Select “System History” tab.
2. Click
in the top left of the tab.
3. Select the time interval of interest in the window that pops up.
4. All important events will be downloaded and displayed
—within the selected time
interval (similar to what is seen below).
