1. ABOUT THIS GUIDE
This guide provides information about the features and usage of the Protégé SG monitoring device
for gas detection personnel. It also provides information on configuration, operation, maintenance,
specifications and trouble shooting of the monitor. This user guide assumes the reader has a basic
knowledge of gas detection procedures.
