
7. Clean inside the machine, including the top and bottom of the glass plate, with an acetone-dampened cloth.
Some materials cure very hard on the glass. For these, you may have to use a fine-edge plastic scraper (such as a plastic putty
knife) to remove the hard material, and then clean with the acetone-dampened cloth after.
Note: The glass will remain clean and free of resin drips if parts are cleaned well and blown surface-dry of
cleaning solvent prior to placing parts on the glass plate. Good part cleaning practices are important and
significantly reduce glass-cleaning effort. Inspect parts as they are placed on the glass to ensure no liquid
resin or solvent drips exist.
7.2 PostCure 1050 Remove-Replace LED Bars
Refer to the diagram below to determine which LED bar must be replaced, as there are different kinds throughout the machine.
Also, the GUI will refer to the codes below (e.g. TL1, TL2, etc.) when notifying of the LED bar that needs replacing.
