7 POSTCURE 1050 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
This checklist is designed to help you keep up to date with regular PostCure 1050 maintenance. This is NOT an official
document that must be submitted to your service provider; it is only for your information. Fill out the information in ALL the

7.1 Cleaning the PostCure 1050
Frequency for Glass Plate and Glass Shelf Daily
Rest of Machine Every 3 months
Note: For the following cleaning steps, ensure that all surfaces are completely dry before resuming operation
of the PostCure 1050.
CAUTION: When cleaning the machine, wear proper PPE such as nitrile gloves and safety glasses.
1. For resin spills/drips, use dry, lint-free wipes to collect most of the resin. Clean remaining resin with dry, lint-free wipes
and IPA (preferably diluted) OR with a citrus cleaner solution diluted to 3.0-4.5 PH. Discard all used wipes according to
government regulations.
2. If resin has cured on surfaces, clean with a non-scratching sponge saturated in IPA (preferably diluted) OR with a citrus
cleaner.
