To use the remote controller, you must set the remote controller ID to the
REMOTE ID of the DVR. When more than one T series DVR is installed in
the same location, you can use only one remote controller to operate
multiple DVRs at once or one by one according to the REMOTE ID settings
of DVRs. By factory default, the REMOTE ID of a DVR is “0” and remote
controller ID is “0” as well.
To set the remote controller ID, follow the instructions below.

On the DVR
1. Open the Setup Menu.
2. Go to SYSTEM >> SYSTEM INFO and the following menu appears.
3. Select REMOTE ID and change the desired REMOTE ID number
using UP/DOWN buttons or a mouse.

On the Remote Controller
1. Press ID button
for about 5 seconds

2. Enter the desired number to operate the corresponding DVR(s).

Users need to have administrator authority to change the remote
controller ID. By default, “admin” is a system administrator account
and its password is

The REMOTE ID of the DVR must be three numbers. Therefore you
should input “000” for the REMOTE ID “0” and input “022” for “22”.
