10.1 If YOU CANNOT fIx ThE PROBLEM YOURSELf
If you have not managed to fix the problem on your own, please contact the contractor.
For the appliance to be serviced quickly, please provide the following:
- product type identification
- serial number
- run time period
- present accessories
- installation location
- installation conditions (including electrical environment conditions)
- detailed description of the fault and steps you have taken in an attempt to fix it
Warranty and out-of-warranty repairs are performed by the manufacturer, the supplier, or an authorized ser-
vice organization.
Upon ordering a repair it is necessary to describe the malfunction, provide product type identification as print-
ed on the identification plate, and the location of installation.
10.2 PUTTING ThE PRODUCT OUT Of OPERATION – DISPOSAL
Prior to disposing of the product make it unserviceable. Even old products contain materials which can be re-
used. Please deliver them to your local by-products collection point.
The product is best to be disposed of at a specialized collection point so that re-usable materials can further be
used. Leave the unusable waste at a sanitary land-fill.
While disposing of materials it is necessary to follow relevant
local directives and regulations on waste disposal.
