TWEAK THE SOUND
Once you have set up the oscillators to generate the sound, you can use the audio control
features to tweak and enhance the sound. The nanobox | lemondrop audio controls
include two filters, two envelopes, two LFO modulators, one bar sequencer modulator,
and two effect slots.
The audio engine adds the outputs of the three oscillators together, and then applies
ENV1 to shape the level of the signal. The resulting signal is then sent to the filters. If Filter
2 is set to Serial Mode, the signal runs through filter 1 and the result is then run through
filter 2. If Filter 2 is in Parallel Mode, the output of the envelope is sent to each of the two
filters independently, and the output of the two filters is then added together. The result
is then processed first by FX1 followed by FX2. The output of FX2 is then adjusted by the
master volume. The compressor is then applied to the output. The resulting signal is then
sent to the Line Out.
