If using PPPoE Encapsulation, enter the PPP User Name and PPP Password in
the appropriate fields.

For the PPP Connection Trigger:

Enabling PPP Auto Connect will keep the connection up at all times.

•

Enabling the On Demand feature will display the Idle Timeout field; the connection will
automatically disconnect after the number of specified minutes elapse.

•

PPPoE Passthrough allows the router to terminate the PPP authentication, but
passes WAN IP information to the device behind the unit (such as an existing
home router, PC, game console, etc).
