Wizard

3.1  Overview

The Web Configurator's quick setup Wizard helps you configure Internet and VPN connection settings. 
This chapter provides information on configuring the Wizard screens in the Web Configurator. See the 
feature-specific chapters in this User’s Guide for background information.

Before you begin configuring your SBG register your device at myZyxel portal and check your current 
license status.

The Wizard consists of the following setups:

• Wizard Basic Setup

 - Use 

Basic Setup

 to set up a WAN (Internet) connection. This Wizard creates 

matching ISP account settings in the SBG if you use PPPoE. See 

Section 3.2 on page 27

.

Wizard IPsec VPN Setup

 - Use 

IPsec VPN Setup

 to configure an IPsec VPN (Virtual Private Network) rule 

for a secure connection to another computer or network. See 

Section 3.3 on page 32
