This chapter offers some suggestions to solve problems you might encounter. The potential problems are

9.2  Po we r, a nd Ha rdwa re  Insta lla tio n

The LTE4506 does not turn on. None of the LEDs turn on.

Make sure the LTE4506 is correctly installed (refer to your Quick Start Guide).

Press the power button to turn the LTE4506 on. See 

Section 1.5 on page 9

 and 

Section 1.6 on page 9

.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.

9.3  LTE4506 Ac c e ss a nd Lo g in

I forgot the password for the LTE4506.

The default IP address is 192.168.1.1.

If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults.
