Chapter 15 Troubleshooting

LTE3202-M430 User’s Guide

I cannot see or access the

Login

screen in the web configurator.

Make sure you are using the correct IP address.

• The default IP address is 192.168.1.1.
• If you changed the IP address, use the new IP address.
• If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, see the troubleshooting suggestions for

LTE3202-M430 Access and Login

Make sure the LTE3202-M430 is correctly installed and turned on. See the Quick Start Guide and

Section

1.5.2 on page 12

Make sure your Internet browser does not block pop-up windows and has JavaScripts.

Make sure your computer is connected to the LTE3202-M430 and is in the same subnet as the LTE3202-
M430.

Reset the device to its factory defaults, and try to access the LTE3202-M430 with the default IP address.
See

Section 1.5.2.3 on page 13

Disconnect your computer from the Internet (Wireless and/or Ethernet) and then insert the LTE3202-M430
again.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.

I forgot the password.

The default password is

1234

If this does not work, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults. See

Section 1.5.2.3 on page 13

I can see the

Login

screen, but I cannot log in to the LTE3202-M430.

Make sure you have entered the user name and password correctly. The default password is

1234

. This

fields are case-sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on.

This can happen when you fail to log out properly from your last session. Try logging in again after five
minutes.

Disconnect and connect to the LTE3202-M430 again.

If this does not work, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults. See

Section 1.5.2.3 on page 13
