To apply Port-Based QoS to the Switch, follow these steps:

Click the Port-Based QoS radio button.

Choose which ports will carry the sensitive data, using the priority queuing levels given. Click on each
port’s radio button to assign a priority queue.

Assign the weight (the number you select in the queue Weight field) to each priority. Bandwidth is
divided across the different traffic queues according to their weights. Queues with larger weights get
more service than queues with smaller weights.

Click Apply after you are finished assigning priorities to the ports to save the settings.
To apply IEEE 802.1p QoS to the Switch, follow these steps:

Click the IEEE 802.1p QoS radio button.

each priority tag’s radio button to assign a priority queue.
