Measuring the pump flow

With the sprayer, we can deliver also an accessory with a 1/2" coil on one and a 1" coil

on the other side for fitting a flow-measuring device on the pump. To install the device
unscrew both hoses of the pressure filter and install the device with the accessories
between them. The device can be installed also between the suction hose and the
pressure unit, but there you need an accessory: 1/2" on 1" and one 3/4" on 1".

Measuring the flow on the nozzles

You need a soft hose with an inner diameter of 20 mm, a measuring jug and a

stopwatch. The procedure:

Pull the hose over the measured nozzle

-

Close all other nozzles

-

Set the working pressure

-

Leave the fluid flow 60 seconds into the jug

-

Compare the measured value with the one on the flow table

-

Make the procedure on each nozzle

-

If the results deviate more than 10% change the nozzle or all nozzles
