1.2 Features
The ZIP4x4 is a SIP based IP phone with a large number of features. The top of the phone is
shown in figure 1-1 and the bottom of the phone in figure 1-2. The phone is referred to as a “four
by four” because it has four call appearances and four Ethernet circuits.
Key features of the phone are:
•
four virtual lines support four simultaneous calls
•
headset, handset, and speaker modes
•
acoustic echo cancellation in speaker mode provides high quality speaker phone
