You can touch 

Portable Wi-Fi hotspot settings 

to turn the hotspot on 

and off and to set SSID (the name of phone’s Wi-Fi network broadcasted) 
and secure the Wi-Fi network.

Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 (WPA2) security, with a preshared key
