parameters and encoder ID. They are match case.

SetCSG “IP address and port number of access server”, for
example, setCSG 192.168.0.2 8001.
SetPUID “device ID, for example, setPUID
200101111000002. The device ID is the one shown in the
section “Creating Encoder and Camera on Management
Client”.
