Check the signal strength. With only 1 or 2 bars, the battery has to work

harder to maintain network contact. Limit multi-media and Bluetooth

usage to save power. The battery may be worn out and needs to be

replaced.

Confirm the charger is properly inserted. Remove the battery, clean the

contacts with a dry cloth and check it is inserted correctly. The battery

may be worn out and needs to be replaced.

From the phone number field press the down arrow twice to move into
