Step 3: Configuring Internet
Explorer
The software that you use to make an Internet connection must be
set for a
network connection,
not a
dial-up connection.
If you
are already using a cable or DSL modem, you shouldn’t need to do
anything. If you are just setting up your cable or DSL Internet
connection for the first time, see the

instructions.
