WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The manufacture company guarantees correct and failsafe operation of the system
appliances only when the requirements for installation and operation are observed during
initialization and maintenance.
The warranty start date of the system’s modules (a hot water pellet boiler from series
“Pelletherm V.4 LT” and an automated pellet burner from series “GP xx sc”) is considered
from the date of completion and stamping of the warranty cards for every appliance.
THE WARRANTY OF THE SYSTEM’S MODULES IS NOT VALID in the following cases:
Damages of the system’s modules caused by improper storage, transport and/or
unloading, not performed by the manufacturing company;
Emergencies caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, fire, floods and etc.);
The requirements for installation, operation and periodical maintenance,
presented in the present manual book, are not observed;
Attempts to recover any defects, performed by the buyer or by other unauthorized
persons;
Changes in the system’s appliances construction;
Incorrect technical calculations in the project for realization of the system;
Damages or failures caused by reasons for which the manufacture company is
not responsible or can’t perform control;
Interferences and failures not caused by the hot water boiler from series
“Pelletherm V.4 LT” itself or not by the pellet burner from series “GP xx sc”, but
have led to failures/damages in their construction.
Every warranty repair must be registered in the relevant appliance warranty card.
The warranty period is stopped for a term considered from the date of a registered warranty
claim until the date of removing the failure from the relevant appliance of the system.
The warranty period of the system’s modules is 24 (twenty four) months.
The warranty is valid only if an invoice and original warranty card have been presented.
