PC Connection
When connecting to a PC, the OPS-8 allows you to transfer music, video and
photo files between the OPS-8’s internal memory and the PC.
1. Press
to power on the OPS-8.
2. Press
to bring up the
System Setup
menu under the
MAIN
MENU
. Press
▲
or
▼ to select USB Link To
, and then press
“OK”
.
3. Press
▲
or
▼ to select PC,
and then press
“OK”
.
4. Using the supplied USB cable, connect the mini-USB to the
OPS-8 and the larger USB connector to your PC.
Note:
To ensure a proper connection to your PC, stop all Slideshow, music, or
video playback before connecting to PC. PC must have Windows 2000 SP4 or
higher, Windows XP SP2 or higher, Windows Vista.
5. It may take a few minutes for your PC to recognize the OPS-8,
when it is recognized 3 new removable drives should appear in
Windows Explorer. One of the drives will be named FS-80,
representing the internal memory of the OPS-8. The other 2
drives are labeled “Removable Disk”, representing CF and
SD/MMC/MS/xD cards
