2. Install the cables and front column
Connect computer cables (18) and (20).
Set the resistance knob so that line (17) from the handlebar post is the
longest.
Connect resistance adjustment cables as shown.
The upper cable (17) should be held in the bracket of the lower cable (19).
Insert the end of the upper cable into the bracket slit in the lower cable.
Tension the upper cable and set it to lock its nut on the upper part of the
bracket.

3. Install arms and pedals
3a . Fix the left handle arm (6L) to the handlebar column (2) with hexagonal
bolts (24), spring washers (52), washers (64), flat washers (25), handle arm
sleeve axle (26) and the long axle (27).
Do not tighten all the elements yet.
3b . Fix the left pedal base (5L) to the crank (22) with the left pedal base pin
(38L), washers (62), spring washers (41), and the left nylon nut (42L). Do not
tighten all the elements yet.
NOTE! Screw the left pedal base pin (38L) counterclockwise. Screw the right
pedal base pin (38R) on clockwise.
3c . Fix the left handle arm (6L) to the left pedal base (5L) with hexagonal bolts
(30), flat washers (31) and the nut (32). Put nuts (23)(57) on the upper and
lower part of the handle arm and nuts (43) on the rear part of the left pedal
base (5L) to cover the fixing bolts.
3d. Repeat steps 3a , 3b , and 3c for the right handle arm (6R) and right pedal
base (5R).
3e. Fix the left and right pedal (10L/R) to the pedal base (5L/R) with hexagonal
bolts (33), flat washers (34), and nuts (35).
NOTE! The right pedal base is marked ‘ R ’ and the left pedal base is marked ‘ L ’
3f. Tighten all elements.
4. Install the handlebar
Run the heart rate measurement cable (50) through the handlebar column (2)
and through the computer bracket opening.
Fix the handlebar (8) to the front column (2) using hexagonal bolts (51), flat
washers (31) and spring washers (52).
Fix the handlebar cover (53).
Screw the left and right handle (7L/R) to the left and right handle arm (6L/R)
with bolts (45), curved washers (44) and nuts (58).
