The machine is low maintenance and contains little parts that must undergo a maintenance oper-
ator. Faults or defects that may affect the safety of the machine, must be rectified immediately.
Repair work may only be carried out by qualified personnel!
The tire assembly machine ZI-RMM94H is 3-4 to vent every year!

Controls for the maintenance of the machine
Clean and lubricate turntable jaws
Daily after operation
Check the oil level
before start-up
Arm (9) mounting rod (8) and lubricate all moving parts

Check screw and tighten if necessary

Check drive belt tension

15.2
Cleaning
Clean the turntable regularly after each use of dirt and debris!
N O T E
The use of solvents, harsh chemicals or abrasives results in damage to the machine!
Therefore: When cleaning if necessary, use only water and mild detergent!
15.3
Check engine oil level
Check the oil level in the lubricant reservoir. If necessary fill lubrication oil after having viscosity
grade SAE 30.
15.4
Check drive belt tension
Remove the lining of the left side of the tire mounting machine to gain access to the drive belt.
For this purpose, loosen and remove the four screws securing the cover and remove it.
If the belt no longer be tight enough, you can tighten by turning a pending on the motor plate
adjustment screw.
15.5
Storage
Store in a dry the machine. Before disconnect the machine from the power supply and disconnect
the air supply. Turn off the compressed air supply and release by the filling the remaining pres-
sure from the system before disconnecting the machine at (24) from the compressed air supply.
