12.1
Intendend Use
With the ZIPPER tire mounting machine ZI-RMM94H to tire can be mounted on rims , dismantle
and fill , with a wide range can be mounted on rim diameters .
The metal mounting head is cast from high quality aluminum, has a special shape and long life.
The supplied mounting head provides enough stability without damaging the tire or an aluminum
rim.
The two clamping cylinders provide a central alignment of the wheel so that the wheel safely is
maintained.
The adjustable bead breaker to different size tires from the rim can be solved .
Unauthorized modifications and manipulations of the machine as well as improper use immediate-
ly invalidate all warranty and compensation claims. Any other use of the device , which is not in-
cluded in the instruction manual , may cause damage or serious injury to the user.
12.2
Security instructions
To avoid malfunctions, damage and physical injury MUST be observed:
Safety must be observed and regularly inspected for completeness!
Warning signs and / or labels on the machine which have been removed must be
replaced immediately!

In fatigue, lack of concentration or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or drugs work
is prohibited with the machine!
The machine may only be operated by qualified personnel enrolled.
Third people, especially children, and people are not trained to think of the work envi-
ronment away!
Attention! Please read and follow the safety instructions carefully.
Allow the tire unattended while it is turned on.
Turn off the tire before you leave . Do the same in the event of a power failure.
Keep children and pets away . When you use the Tire mounting machine at a safe distance
from any people.
Do not allow children to operate the machine , and no person who has not read these instruc-
tions or is unfamiliar with the tire changer .
The user is responsible for working with the tire changer for third parties.
Use the tire only for the intended purpose. Be careful when you clean the tire or maintenance
work.
