Never remove the battery while the machine is running.

Operation
Inserting battery:
Insert the battery into the slots on the top of the trimmer and
slide into place until the battery locks into place.
Removing battery:
Remove the battery by pressing the lock button and sliding out
of the top of the trimmer.
Start / Stop:
1.
Press and hold the safety switch (1)
2.
Pull the power switch (2) on the handle.
Release the power switch to stop the machine.
ATTENTION! Be aware that the spool will continue to rotate
for a short period.
Catching nylon line:
During use the line will become worn or may break off if it
strikes a stone or a similar hard object.
To increase the length of the line, switch on the trimmer and
while it is running tap the head of the trimmer against the
ground. When the button on the trimmer head is bumped
against the ground, centrifugal force will extend the line.
Excess line will be cut off by the cutting blade built into the
guard.
Setting handle:
1. Loosen lock clamp
2. Slide handle in desired position
3. Fix lock clamp
Setting trimmer head:
1. Push the angle adjustment button
2. Rotate the trimmer head to the required position
3. Release the angle adjustment button and the trimmer head
will lock into place (5 possible positions)
