Connect the white tube from the tap to the outlet of the filter housing (marked with arrow pointing away from filter head)
and push fit fitting marked INLET on the top right rear of the chiller unit, use the push fit T-piece and white tube supplied
with the tap kit. Trim to length before fitting.
Connect the blue tube from the tap to the push fit fitting marked OUTLET on the top left rear of the chiller unit, and to the
inlet of the pressure relief valve (PRV) (as show below), use the push fit T-piece and white tube supplied with the tap kit.
Trim to length before fitting.
Connect the red tube from the tap to the outlet of the pressure relief valve (as show below). Trim to length before fitting.
Connect the white tube (supplied in the tap kit) between the INLET connection on the filter head (marked with arrow
pointing towards the filter head) to the pressure limiting multifunction valve. Trim to length before fitting.
Use the 4off pipe clamps and 4off 1/2” self tap screws provided to secure tubes appropriately, to prevent applying stress
to pipe connections.

Notes
Ensure that the plastic pipes from the chiller unit are insulated with the
tube insulation provided, use any tube insulation left over to insulate
pipes from the filter head.
Cut pipes should not be overly long, but must allow sufficient length to
avoid stress at connection points.
When connecting the PRV
assembly, ensure that ferrules and
correct olives are fitted as shown
in the adjacent diagram.
Do not overtighten the
compression nuts.
