The BMS will beep only under two circumstances:

•

When the motorcycle key switch is turned from
“OFF” to “ON.” When the motorcycle is  turned ON,
the BMS will perform a self-test. It will always
sound a beep-signal when the test finishes. The
beep-pattern reports the self-test result.

•

Whenever the key switch is “ON,” and the
power pack is nearly empty. The BMS will
continuously sound a warning when the power
pack is low. The warning will stop when the
motorcycle is turned-off.

A

Beeps

The BMS includes an electronic beeper sealed inside
the power pack. The beeper is located on the left
front of the power pack behind the opening (A). Do
not cover this opening, it is intentionally left open.
