a) Open the water tap
valve
b) If there is no tap water
supply, close the valve
c) Call Service Engineer for
replacement
d) I f t h e t a p w a t e r
temperature is low,
purified water flow will
reduce
e) Switch ON the power
supply.

CAUSES
Before calling for service,
check the following:
Power supply is ON
Inlet water has sufficient
pressure
Check and clean the pre-
filter
a) The product water tank
is dirty
b) T h e p u r i f i e d w a t e r
might have been kept
for a long time
c) F i l t e r s m i g h t h a v e
exhausted.
a) The tap water valve is
closed
b) There is no water supply
from the tap
c) Pre-filter, Sediment
Filter,RO Membrane
and / or Resin Carbon
Filterischoked
d) T h e t a p w a t e r
temperature is too low
e) The power supply is
OFF
1) Water tastes bad
2) Water flow stops or
reduces
a) Sanitize the storage
tank
b) Drain the water, clean
the tank and fill fresh
water again
c) C a l l t h e S e r v i c e
Engineer to check the
filters.
