Guide the vegetables through the feed tube using the

pusher
(11)
.
The pusher (11) is intended for use only with
the dicing insert. Never use the pusher (11)
without the dicing insert (10) placed on the
body (6).
Cut large products into smaller pieces that can
easily fit into the dicing insert (10).
When finished, turn off and unplug the appliance.
●
Remove any food remaining in the drum or dicing insert
●
using a wooden spoon.
Disassemble the cube cutter.
●
To remove the dicing insert (10) first pull out
the feed tray (7).
Never use the appliance for dicing any raw
vegetables.
If the products are too soft (overcooked), they
may not be diced as well as intended.
Pasta sieve set
Excellent pasta dough
300 g of flour, 10 yolks from medium size eggs, 3 spoons of
olive oil, pepper (as much as you want), milled red pepper
(as much as you want), dried mint (as much as you want).
Work together until you have a smooth dough. The well
prepared dough should be “firm”.
Don’t add any water
during dough preparation!
It is recommended to cool down
such prepared dough in a freezer for approximately 10 min.
Immerse the pasta sieves in hot water for a moment before
usage.

Put the selected sieve inside the milling cavity.

Assemble the whole milling set on the motor part.
Separate small pieces of the dough (walnut size) and

carefully put them into the milling cavity inlet.
You can put the next piece of pastry to the
milling cavity, only when the previous one has
been taken in by the worm. Use the pusher
during pastry inserting.
You can powder the pasta emerging from the machine
●
with flour, to prevent getting stuck together.
You can divide the pasta emerging from the machine,
●
cutting it at the sieve. You can also leave the whole
output to get dried and break into smaller pieces before
usage.

To unblock the holes of the sieve you should use the
attached pusher.
When squeezing out the pasta the device can
operate without any break not longer than 2 min.

Cookies forming set
Shortcake cookies
500 g of flour, 1 bar of butter, 1 glass of sugar, 1 egg,
1 package of vanilla sugar.
Mix the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add an egg and
flour to it and mix altogether. Put such prepared pastry to the
freezer to cool it down for about 40 min.

Place the cookies forming set inside the cavity.

Assemble the whole milling set on the motor part.
Cut the pastry into pieces and put them into the milling

cavity inlet.
You can put the next piece of pastry to the
milling cavity only when the previous one has
been taken in by the worm. Use the pusher
during pastry inserting.
You can form free the length of the cookies. Put
●
the cookies onto bakingsheet and bake with oven
temperature 180°C.
The device with milling cavity and cookies
forming set assembled can operate without any
break not longer than 10 min.
Juicer
The juicer is an accessory for some types of mincers.
It allows squeezing juice from fruits such as: raspberries,
currants, strawberries, gooseberry and additionally from
grapes and tomatoes. Berry fruits such as currants can
be squeezed with stalks. Fruits with large stones, such as
plums, cherries etc. can be squeezed in the appliance after
removing the stones.
