1 red pepper
250 g pilled tomato
1 onion
4 gloves garlic
1 litre water
4 leaves basil
1 sprig thyme
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper
Wash all vegetables and cut in small pieces. Pill and slide
garlic and onion. Pour 1 good tbsp olive oil into bottom of
bowl than add sliced onion and garlic. Press “Wärme” ,
cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add all vegetables and water.
Add salt, pepper, thyme. Cook on “Het” for 5 minutes,
then as soon as water boils, reduce to “Wärme” and cook
for 20 minutes. When cooking is finished, remove sprig
or thyme and add julienned basil leaves. Blend the soup
on 1 until desired consistency is reached. Ebjoy this soup
warm or cold.
Cream of peas with mint
Preparation : 10 min.
Cooking: 10 min.
Chilling: 2 hours.
500 g shelled fresh peas.

20 cl single cream
½ cube chicken stock
40 cl water
