Maintenance
Only carry out the maintenance steps if the corresponding
functional checks have failed.
After replacing and adjusting the components, a new
functional check must be carried out (see "Functional check",
p. 22).

The brakes must be checked and adjusted on a regular basis.
NOTE
When the work platform is in the lower position, it must be
possible to roll the lift effortlessly.
The numbering of the following notes corresponds to the
position numbers in the illustration.

Check the drive rope clamp regularly and retighten if
necessary within the following intervals:
• One day after initial commissioning
• One week after initial commissioning
• One month after initial commissioning
• Six months after initial commissioning
• After that, every six months

To check the fixed point of the balancer cable, remove
the cover cap from the mast. The balancer lock must
be set to "LOCK” (see E2).
Then check the fastening and tighten if necessary.
