(12) Press “M” and <return> 3 times. This should cycle the modes from “encode” to “encode-full-hd” to
“passthru” to “decode”.
(13) Type 1 and <return> to configure decode channel 1. This will take you through the decoder
parameters for channel 1. Enter the following (note, file name assumes “/media/sda1” is the
directory obtained from step (9)):
<return> (to enable channel 1)
<return> (to decode at 1920x1080)
/media/sda1/dm8148/hd_other_lg_world_cities_paris_1080p_30.h264 (file name)
1 (to select HDMI)
(14) Type “S” to start streaming the file to the decoder. You should now see a picture on your TV.
